Payment Policy

This page explains payments, refunds, and booking charges at VIBZ.

Accepted Payments

Cash (AED), debit cards, credit cards, and approved digital payments.

Some bookings require advance payment to confirm the reservation.

All prices are in AED and subject to applicable VAT and government charges.

No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals. Refunds apply only if VIBZ cancels an event.

Selected tables or events may have a minimum spend requirement.

Any payment dispute must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction.

Promotions are subject to availability and cannot be combined unless stated.
